Our liability for loss or damage is strictly limited based on industry-standard cargo value definitions unless otherwise declared in writing. We aren't responsible for delays caused by force majeure or transit interruptions beyond our control. We've optimized our claims process to be fair, but we encourage clients to maintain independent insurance for high-value freight.
3. Payment and Fees
Standard billing cycles are net 30 days. Late fees apply. Why wait on paperwork? We've digitised our invoicing to keep your logistics flow uninterrupted.
4. Warehouse Operations
Freight stored in our Bethlehem facility is subject to strict handling protocols. Access is restricted to authorised personnel to ensure cargo safety and forwarder integrity.
